Registrations are open for Rongotea District Lions Club annual Waitangi Day Gala being held at the Rongotea Domain on Thursday 6th February 2025 from 8.30am.

Stall Spaces Available

We have plenty of space and can accommodate around 60 to 70 stalls

– Standard (5m x 10m) $60.00 (Inc GST)

– Double size (10m X 10m) $120.00 (Inc GST)

The standard sites are 5 meters across the front and 10 meters deep allowing for one vehicle to park in behind. 

Site allocation will be provided and shown to you on the day of the event. We will try to give last year’s stall holders the same site as they had the year before.

Cancellation

No refunds are available after 31st January 2025

Important things to note

There is no power available. If you require power please bring your own generator/solar power etc.

We only provide your allocated grass area. Please bring all your own equipment eg table, stands, chairs etc.

In line with previous years, Rongotea Lions Club reserves the right to the following: food stalls, soft drinks, ice cream, quick fire raffles.

No dogs, smoking and alcohol are allowed at this event.

Stall holder fees and all proceeds collected by Rongotea District Lions Club are donated to local community groups and projects in the Manawatu.
